WE AT Joins GITEX AI ASIA 2026 as a Startup Ecosystem Partner, Accelerating Market Entry into Asia with WE AT CHALLENGERS

WE AT (hereinafter “WE AT”), a general incorporated association dedicated to fostering well-being-driven innovation, today announced its participation in GITEX AI ASIA 2026 as a Startup Ecosystem Partner.

Through this initiative, WE AT will exhibit alongside selected startups known as “WE AT CHALLENGERS”—companies chosen through its flagship pitch program, WE AT CHALLENGE. Beyond exhibition, WE AT will actively support their market entry into Asia, facilitating partnerships with local corporations, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders.

About GITEX AI ASIA 2026

Singapore – GITEX AI ASIA, Asia’s largest and most global tech, AI, and startup event, will take place on April 9–10, 2026 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, bringing together technology leaders, enterprises, startups, investors, and governments to build trust and scale innovation across Asia’s digital economy.

Building on the strong momentum of its inaugural edition, GITEX AI ASIA 2026 is expected to welcome over 23,000 tech buyers and decision-makers, more than 600 global enterprises and startups, over 250 investors, and participants from 110+ countries, positioning Singapore as a central meeting point for global innovation, investment, and enterprise adoption.

As the Asian edition of the globally recognized GITEX platform, the event serves as a strategic hub connecting startups with capital, industry, and policy ecosystems across high-growth markets. Through exhibitions, startup pitching, and curated networking, it provides tangible opportunities for fundraising, business partnerships, and international expansion.

Strategic Context and Rationale

While the number of startups and funding in Japan has grown steadily in recent years, challenges remain in achieving scalable growth and successful expansion into global markets.

In Asian markets, differences in population dynamics, infrastructure, and industrial structures require startups to go beyond product deployment. Success depends on localized execution through partnerships, use-case adaptation, and integration into existing ecosystems.

GITEX AI ASIA provides a rare environment where investors, corporations, and governments converge, enabling implementation-oriented collaboration at scale.

Positioning this participation not as a showcase but as an execution platform, WE AT will focus on:

Through this approach, WE AT aims to accelerate the practical and scalable expansion of Japanese startups into Asia.
