WE AT Privacy Policy

WE AT General Incorporated Association (hereinafter referred to as “WE AT”) is responsible for the handling of personal information at our corporation based on the WE AT Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (hereinafter referred to as “APPI”). We have established a privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this policy”) as follows.

1. Purpose Of Use

WE AT will use the personal information it acquires within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes of use, and will not use it for any other purposes, except with the consent of the individual concerned or as permitted by law.

2. Joint Use

In accordance with Article 23, Paragraph 5, Item 3 of the APPI, WE AT will jointly use personal information (personal data) as follows.

3. Provision To Third Parties

WE AT will not provide personal information (personal data) to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual. However, in the following cases WE AT has the occasion to provide personal information (personal data) to third parties (including parties located outside of Japan).

4. Responding to requests for disclosure of personal information

If a person requests disclosure of personal information held by the company (retained personal data), the company will disclose the personal information to the person without delay after confirming that the request is from the person. (If the personal information does not exist, we will notify you to that effect.) However, this does not apply if our company is not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act.

5. Responding to requests for correction of personal information, suspension of use, etc.

Regarding personal information held by the person concerned (retained personal data), the corporation may correct, add or delete, suspend use of, erase, or suspend providing to third parties, etc., due to reasons such as the content of the personal information being untrue. 7. Privacy policy change procedure

Our company will change this policy as necessary.
